The Prince and the Flower Queen’s Daughter - Part Seven

The Mother Dragon looked at the mare and she was stupefied. Then she studied the Prince. “What reward do you want for yourself?”

The Prince wanted the foal of the mare that he had taken to the meadow.

The Mother Dragon at once gave it to the Prince.

This time she gave him a cloak made of gold.

This time too, the Prince went to the ball, but he slipped away after some time and went straight to the stables.

There he mounted the foal and went to the meadow. Towards midnight the Flower Queen's daughter came there.

After that, the Prince and the Flower Queen's daughter flew on the foal and reached the palace of the Flower Queen.

The Mother Dragon had noticed that the prince and the Flower Queen’s daughter were missing.

She woke the brother, who was not available because this was his year of sleeping.

The brother flew into a terrible rage when he heard what had happened.

The brother tried to conquer the Flower Queens kingdom.

But the Flower Queen created a forest of flowers. The forest was so high that no one could come into it.

After all the trouble was over, the Flower Queen happily agreed to let the Prince marry her daughter. Her only wish was that the Flower Queen's daughter could remain with the Prince for only the summer. In the winter when everything was covered with snow, the Flower Queen's daughter had to come and live with her in the underground.

The Prince agreed to this.

With this constant changes where the Flower Queen's daughter moved from the prince’s castle to her mother's house, they lived happily ever after
